Shipping

We ship from two studios. UK and European orders leave London by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and Korean orders leave Seoul by CJ Logistics, both within 2–3 working days of payment. All other international orders ship by DHL Express from the studio nearest to you. A tracking number is sent by email. Orders sent across a border may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by the destination country; these are paid by the recipient on delivery. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery questions go to the carrier using the tracking number. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because it was not collected, the postage must be paid again before we send it out.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery by writing to addedd@gmail.com with your order number, then send the piece back within a further 14 days. Pieces must be unworn and returned with their original box and pouch. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once their seal is opened, and made-to-order or engraved pieces cannot be returned. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the return reaching us.
